Product Guarantee

At Triptales, we are committed to providing our customers with top-notch international quality products. If any of our distributors or consumers purchase a product with manufacturing defects or of inferior quality, we guarantee a replacement. However, please note that this guarantee does not cover damages or contamination resulting from expiration, negligence, or deliberate acts.

Product Return Policy

Customers and distributors who experience dissatisfaction or encounter manufacturing or packaging defects in our products may return or exchange the product as per our terms and conditions. To do so, they must contact the distributor or company they purchased from within 30 days of the purchase date, providing a reason for the return and returning the product with the original customer order receipt or invoice.

In such cases, it is the distributor's responsibility to meet the customer's need for a refund or replacement of the product. The distributor can return the products along with the original invoice to the company, which will replace the products free of cost. Alternatively, if the distributor does not want the same products, the company will provide a cash voucher of the same amount, which can be used by the distributor within 30 days to purchase products of their choice.

Buy back Policy

Triptales offers a Buy Back Policy for distributors who wish to resign from their distributorship and return Triptales products that are in good condition, usable, resalable, restock able, unopened, unaltered, and have a minimum shelf life of four months.

If the distributor resigns within 30 days of purchasing the products, Triptales will provide a full refund for the products. If the distributor resigns after 30 days from the purchase date, the refund amount will be equal to the distributor's cost of the returned products, minus the total bonus paid by the company on the original purchase, and a 10% service charge.

The Buy Back policy places the obligation on the sponsor and the company to ensure that the distributor purchases products wisely.

Promotion, Advertising, Sales and Marketing Policy

The Company has developed and adheres to its own policy for promoting, advertising, selling, and marketing its products, which distributors must implement without making any alterations or formulating their own policies. However, distributors are welcome to provide input and suggestions for the Company's consideration. The Company prohibits its products from being stored, displayed, or sold in wholesale or retail outlets. Each distributor is expected to report any such instances, including the person or distributor responsible and the circumstances involved.

Sale and purchase of the Company's products among distributors and staff members is not allowed, and strict action will be taken against those who violate this policy. Selling products at prices or in packages other than those determined by the Company is also strictly prohibited, and the Company may terminate the distributorship of anyone found responsible for such acts and forfeit their bonus entitlement or arrears.

Distributors are not allowed to carry out their own promotions without written approval from the Company, which designs, prints, publishes, and circulates product information, plans, and vision-related literature for marketing and sales purposes. Distributors must not deviate from this literature/policy without written approval from the Company.

Under special circumstances, the Company may allow distributors to create customized literature and/or advertisements, but interested distributors must submit a detailed plan to the Company for approval beforehand.

Upon the expiry or termination of distributorship, the distributor must remove and discontinue the use of all Company signs, logos, or any other representations and must not use any names, signs, labels, stationery, product names, copyrights, designs, or printed materials related to any of the Company's products.

The distributor must provide the consumer with the name of the purchaser and seller, delivery date of goods or services, procedures for returning the goods, and warranty information upon sale of products. If the distributor sells or offers products for sale on an e-commerce platform/marketplace, they must obtain prior written consent from the Company.

The distributor must provide the following information to the consumer upon sale of products:

  • (a) the names of the purchaser and seller;
  • (b) the delivery date of the goods or services;
  • (c) procedures for returning the goods; and
  • (d) the warranty of the goods and the exchange/replacement of goods in case of defects.

If the distributor plans to sell or offer products for sale on an e-commerce platform or marketplace, they must obtain prior written consent from the Company.

Reporting Policy

While distributors are expected to report to their upline and guide their downline as per mutual convenience and situational demands, they must report any "extraordinary situations" directly to the Company and seek guidance.

Reward / reconciliation / vacancy policy

In the event of a vacancy in a distributorship due to death (with no heir/nominee), resignation, termination, cancellation, inactive distributorship, or unclaimed distributorship of Diamonds and above, the Company will auction the network associated with such vacancy among existing Diamond Directors or higher levels. The highest bidder will acquire the network, which will remain in its existing position in the sponsorship line and be known as the second authorized distributorship business of the auction purchaser. The proceeds from the auction may be distributed among eligible distributors for incentives according to the Company's guidelines in effect at the relevant time.

If the Company is unable to find a buyer for the network associated with a vacant distributorship, an administrator will be appointed to manage the network and supervise its growth. The Company will distribute the network among leaders who are at the same or higher level than the distributor whose network is being administered, or in a manner that the Company deems to be in the best interest of the business, only after it is satisfied with the efficient management and growth of the network. The Company's decision on this policy will be final.

Corporate Communication

Our company's corporate identity and stationery are crucial components of our communication strategy. They represent our brand image, provide a consistent and recognizable endorsement of quality, and unify all our operations. It is essential that we maintain our corporate identity standards to ensure the future reputation of our Company. This responsibility lies with all of us, and we must be disciplined in adhering to these standards.

To help you endorse the Triptales brand, we have prepared a stationery template that we recommend using for all your business transactions. This template is designed to provide a consistent and recognizable corporate identity, including visiting cards. You must ensure that all details such as font, type size, colours, and spaces are in line with Triptales' standards.

We strictly prohibit the distribution of any literature or training material to prospective or existing distributors that has not been approved by us. This restriction includes all collateral not issued by our company.
